Leaders don’t give up!

As I was listening to a sermon at church, I realized that all leaders have a big challenge.

Leaders are concerned with their team. By definition leaders are those who want to lead the team to the next level. As human, I believe most leaders are wishing that all the members will be able to enjoy the growth. But actually, all leaders have a lot of challenges. Leaders face so many disappointments. In the Bible it says;
“‘We played the flute for you, and you did not dance; we sang a dirge, and you did not mourn.’’ Matthew 11:17

When I see other leaders, I can feel their disappointments. It does not have to be a big organization or small organization. Most leaders go through this.

But at the same time, will I quit being a leader? Naah! There is so much joy of achieving when you achieve something as a team. Something you can celebrate with others. I am so blessed to be able to decide my direction and take actions.

So, whoever you are leading, don’t give up. You are blessed and God is watching. There is a reward for you!
