Christmas run

Some of our staff, their family and my family participated in a 5k Christmas run. I had my Santa costume on and ran 5k!

It’s my first time to participate in a running event but it was more fun than I thought. I received free massage and food after the run and it was goood!

It’s always nice to do things together. Especially things we don’t normally do together. We know some aspects of people by working together, eating together, etc but we discover different aspects of those people by doing different things together. You see a glimpse of  their personal life, what they are passionate about, etc. Some people who are not really leaders at work show their leadership capacity!

Anyway, just enjoying things together is always good. I should encourage our staff to initiate these events more and enjoy participating in these events more frequently.
